465x1, I know... my bench still sucks. I wish you could see how strong I am off my chest with the weight. It's the last two inches with my right arm that keeps me from hitting some bigger weights. When I tore my tricep back in '99, I saw a couple of surgeons that told me that they didn't want to reattach it because it was only a 'partial' tear and it would get stronger over time. How wrong they were.

150's x12, started out way too light on these. I could of handled the 150's from the start.
