Very frustrated with my bench. I know I'm not looking to put up some huge numbers(I was never a strong bencher to begin with) but damn... everything else is getting stronger. In some aspects, I'm stronger now than when I was competing but yet when it comes to the bench, I'm weaker than when I was 250lbs. I've always been a mental midget when it comes to this lift, that's nothing new. I'm wondering if it's neurological or maybe I'm just a bitch. LOL! I'll keep pluggin' away and maybe something will give.
