I wasn't going to do much today. I thought I was coming down with the flu last night. I had the chills, aches, sweats and woke up this morning feeling shitty. But, as I was sitting on a bench by the power rack, my buddy Dan was wheeling out the 100lb plates. I asked what those were for and he replied,"For you ya fat bastard!" So I had to get off my ass and do some pullin'.
