Shoulders and Triceps

I haven't been in the gym since last Thursday except Sunday... I tried to bench. I went back home to Syracuse for a long weekend to visit family and friends. Had to show off the new addition to our family. Stopped by Hercules Gym on Sunday to do some chest work and found myself gassing out way before I should of been. Found out yesterday I got a touch of pneumonia. Nice. Anyway, if you are ever in Syracuse, go to Hercules Gym. It's a great place to train with some cool ass people. Some of the best ball breakin' goes on there, so it helps if you can take it along with dishing it out. It's one of, if not the last un-foo'foo gyms in that town.
