I've really been feeling like shit. I don't know if it's the pneumonia or the medication I'm taking for it. I've been feeling pukey and not really having any appetite. Also, I've been sweating my ass off. I still made it into the gym though...
Here's what I did this morning...
Blue Band Leg Curls
2sets of 15
set of 10
2sets of 20
set of 15
That's all I could muster today. I was surprised my groin held up as bad as I tweaked it a couple of weeks ago. If it would of bothered me today I was going to throw on some briefs just to get through the squats. Hopefully soon I'll kick whatever funk I got.
