Shoulders and Triceps
Tried something different today...
Overhead Partial Presses w/trap bar
315x2, I would of got more out of this exercise if I would of hit more reps. Overall, I liked it. The trap bar really kept my elbows in, keeping the emphisis on the front delt and tri's.
Lying Tri Ext. w/e-z curl bar
130x15(moved grip in for the following sets)
110x15,went light on these today because my elbow was a bit sore from last tri workout
Incline One Arm Db Ext
Pushdowns w/Spud Strap
3sets of 15
set of 25
2 sets of 20
Dave Tate came to the gym this morning and we trained together for a bit. It's always good to see him and the guy looks better and better everytime I run into him. We talked for awhile and he did some posing in the mirror. Gotta luv it! LOL!
