Ok... I did something today that I didn't want to do but had no choice if I wanted to get my workout in and that was to put on a pair of old briefs. My groin was very tight, probably from the rack pulls on Tuesday. As I went up in weight, it felt more and more as if I was going to tear something. So instead of not squatting and taking some time off to let it heal, I threw on the briefs. They were a bit big but tight enough to take away the pain I was feeling in thee ole' crotch.

Here's how it went...

put on the briefs
755x3, having the briefs on felt a little weird because it's been a long time since the last time I wore 'em. I'll try next week to go with out them if my groin feels better.
