Legs

Here I go complaining and bitchin' again... LOL! Not really. I planned on taking it easy today but I still wanted to feel the weight on my back. Someone gave me the idea of hitting high box squats and although I still felt it a bit in my groin, I was able to get through my workout with out doing any more damage... I think.
