Shoulders and Triceps

I missed my chest and back workouts this week. One because of Christmas and the second was because the gyms daycare was closed and my wife was working. Oh-hum.

Anyway, got today in despite still fighting this friggin cold(it feels like its been about three weeks now) and feeling shitty, it ended up being pretty descent.
