Back

I didn't train yesterday. I threw my back out Sunday, possibly from shoveling snow. Back was pretty tight from Saturdays workout and flinging snow might of just done the trick. I didn't feel it right away. It started out as a small twinge and just got worse throughout the night. I saw my chiropractor yesterday and he got my lower back to release a little bit and today was able to pop my hip in. I feel a million times better but still have muscle tenderness. So, I took it easy today.

Two Arm Preachers

One Arm Preachers
45x12x2sets
55x12

Neck Work front and back
3sets of a shitload of reps

Tried hanging leg raises but got a shooting pain in my lower back when I got my legs out in front of me. I decided I was done.
