Legs

Didn't do much in the gym this past week. Tried to heal up a bit and get my mind back in the game. Today, just went in to take it easy and see what hurt and what didn't.


Squats
3sets of 10

Leg Presses
4sets of 15

Leg Curls
3sets of 12

Pull Throughs
3sets of 15

Hammer Curls
3sets of 12

Machine Crunches
3sets of 20

Amazingly, nothing hurt.
