Neck work

Rack pulls were a surprise for me today. I thought for sure, with my groin all tore up, that I would have to throw on some briefs. Got video of it too. However, when I went to do some leg presses, it was a different story. I felt it from the get go and decided not push it. Six plates per side is embarrasing to the point of 'why bother'.

Oh, and one more thing.... we started feeding Izzy baby food a week or so ago. It's a whole new world of stink and surprises. I've never seen a kid grin so much.
