Today was a day that I should have taken off. I started feeling shitty Thursday and last night I got slammed with some kinda funk. My head filled up with a bunch of shnot, did some sweating and had the upset queezy stomach. The fact that I average about four hours of sleep a night doesn't help either.
This morning, I had the annoying cough with the projectile sticky green sputum, stuffed head along with the queezy gut. Nice. I really wanted to get some good squats in because my wife and I are going back to the fertility clinic for round two. The stuff they put me last year killed my training along with my motivation. I thought if my warmups went good I would push it. If not, I'd pack it in.
Here's what happened...

725x1, missed second. My hips rolled forward becuase I didn't stay tight. I decided to stop and it was all down hill after.

I just kept feeling worse and worse. All I have eaten today has been a shake, some soup, cottage cheese and I'm sippin' on a hot toddy right now. Hopefully I sweat this bitch out tonite. Damn this hot toddy is GOOD!
