Monday Bench Day

This is my first post so bare with me I missed my regular sunday morning workout due to a bout with the flu but was feeling much better monday no shirt work till wednesday/////
Warm ups ///bar x 45 135 x 25 225 x 10 315 x 5 405 x 5 495 x3 545x 3 585 x 3 i was pretty spent after this i was at an alternate gym hence no lift offs i did take 3 triples off 2 boards 655 x 3 x 3 again no lift offs after that i was f"d so i did some tricep push downs face pulls and lat pulls and got the f out hope to do bnetter for you all on wednesday
