Monday just went in and did some light assistance work 4 sets Lat pulls moderate weight Hammer Strength one arm curls 4 sets moderate weight one arms ///2 arm preachers 4 x 10 x moderate weight and done////////



Wednesday
we did pretty heavy 2 boards 5 sets up to 675 for a triple /////band tricep extensions 4 x 25 face pulls and i was pretty well shot


Sunday did kind of a hodge podge workout my bodys been in pretty rough shape

did some 3 boards kind of speed oriented worked up to a single at 705 but working sets 585 x 3 x 4 ////did 4-5 sets of board presses fairly light 455 a 5 x 3 585 x 2 x 2 did some band extensions and called it a day my workouts for the last couple of weeks have blown but im nursing some sore elbows and shoulders i promise better reports starting on wednesday//////travis
