Bench and Upper Back

Hey everyone, I'm back and looking to compete. I've had the urge for sometime and tried to deny it but I'm going to give it a shot. My wife calls it my 'mid-life crisis'. LOL! I say... probably. This time around, I'm going to go back to where I started out and that is with the USPF. It should be a lot of fun, the reason why I got into powerlifting in the first place.

My overall strength has been pretty descent and I'm pretty much injury free(geesh, I hope I didn't jinx my ass there). I will be doing some experimenting with my training because I still want to keep it to three days a week. So, not only will I give advice but would like to get input from you on how you think my training is coming along.

Though I haven't competed in a couple of years I'm not looking to do anything right off the bat. I'm looking to do something next spring with hopes of qualifying for the Nationals.

My weight right now is around 325-330. As I mentioned my overall strength is pretty good but I'm still having trouble with my bench... it's pathetic. I feel it's getting worse with age. LOL. Anyway, here's what today looked like...
