Last week I worked up to a triple with 715 with hopes of going a little higher but it just wasn't there. This week I decided to drop the weight and hit a few more reps. Next week try some heavier poundages.

Since I took some time off from heavy training back in March my groin healed up nicely. This has allowed me to go with out briefs but because my squat style has changed, I have been using knee wraps for my heavier sets.

Here's how today went...

625x7, today felt great. Bar speed on the last rep was just as good as the first on each set. My fat ass just was a little winded. LOL.

Blue Band Leg Curls
4sets of 15

Adduction Machine
3sets of 15
set of 10

Standing Crunches
3sets of 15

This was it for today. Running a bit late, so I'll hit the gym tomorrow and hit my bi's.
