Shoulders and Tri's

I didn't end up training Wednesday. Monday night at work I came down with something that knocked me through a loop. I ran a bit of a fever, had the sweats and the chills, achiness and no appetite at all. I must of lost a good 10lbs from sweating so much and not eating.

Made it in Friday though...
