Well everyone after my dibacle at Kenny Pattersons meet in july I needed a little time off to reflect on how bad i sucked eventually after a couple weeks of depression and self loathing i decided to stop being such a pussy and get back to work
so here i am///im currntly wrestling with the idea of training for a raw meet and taking a shot at breaking Mendlesons record #715. I know when im in top condition//contest ready im in the 650-675 range raw i think if i concentrate on shirtless benching for 2-3 months ill have a shot Wish me luck i hope i dont tear a pec or something im pretty fuckin old you know
