I've decided to start doing speed work again. Trying to train heavy chest work on Monday and heavy tri and shoulder work on Friday is killing me. No wonder my bench isn't going anywhere. Back in the day it worked pretty good but I don't think my recovery is what it it was. Also, if you noticed, I've added an extra day to do some posterior chain work.

Today's workout moved very quickly and yes, I didn't handle much weight(not that you're supposed to be training heavy on DE day). My shoulders are a bit beat up and handling the light weight felt pretty good. It was a good day.
