SQ/DL assistance stuff and a dumbass moment

Ok... wanted to do rack pulls but the power rack at the gym didn't have a low enough setting for me to pull from. I wanted to pull from just a few inches off the ground but instead I said screw it and pulled from the floor.

I can coach and tell what someone needs in their technique or what they have to do to overcome their weaknesses but when it comes to myself, forget it. My form was shitty. When I was hitting the triples, the first rep was out in front and all back but the 2nd and 3rd would be perfect. Needless to say I got some work to do.
