ME Bench Day

Floor Press

460 almost, left arm locked and right arm not quite
470 nope, thought if I gave it a little more gas outa the hole it would carry me to the top

Flat Bench Db Presses
150's x12
150's x11
150's x8

Rolling Db Ext
90's x10
95's x10
100's x10

Pullups
3sets of 5(with some help, I was spent)

Pushdowns w/mini band behind neck
3sets of 10

Seated Wide Grip Rows
4sets of 10, did these instead of standing and was able to use a bunch more weight

Incline Situps
3sets of 15


I'm pretty happy with what I did today. The floor presses are not even close to my best but it's moving.... slowly.

Lower back is feeling good but Saturday night my shoulder started bothering me for no damn reason. Didn't affect me today but I wasn't going to do any direct shoulder stuff either.
