I missed yesterday so I made up for it today. Yesterday, went to the doctors to have some skin cancer removed from the top of my head. Nice.
Today I wanted to try on one of the single ply suits I got from Elite last week. I'm supposed to have the hips taken in because my hips are so stinkin' small but haven't done it yet. The suits slide on and off so easily that I might as well have been squattin' in my under wear. I'm not kidding. Nothing against the suit, it's just not tight, not even snug.
I took two weights with the suit on with the straps down. Both times I had no problem hitting depth. But, the set before, I was wearing my typical carpenter shorts and thinking my depth was good until I looked at the video. It seems that the shorts are giving me a false sense of depth. I'll have videos of it up soon.
Anyway, this is how today went...
145x10 285x5 375x3 465x3 555x3 645x1 added knee wraps 735x3 put on suit 765x1 805x1, this was ugly and slow as molasses. I got a bit forward and... it was slow. Harder than what it should of been. Gotta say I'm a bit disappointed.

That was it. Couldn't get my head back into and decided to cut it short. I gotta train tomorrow anyway.
