The four board press opened my eyes and confirmed that besides having a gimp tricep, my upper back is still weak when it comes to benching. When the 495 was handed off, I held it there for a couple of seconds and when I went to lower it just fell. I had to really, really concentrate hard to keep it tight for the second attempt at it. It helped but I need to get it stronger.
