I should of stayed home today...
455x5, this didn't feel bad, lockout was relatively even...
465 missed, right arm just would not lockout. Thought I would drop the weight a bit and pick up some reps. Thought wrong.
405x2, frustrated as hell

Got to tell ya, nothing frustrate's me more than my bench. Sure I have the gimp tricep but I've benched over 500 with it unequipped and 675 in a METAL double poly.
I'm working on my upper back strength. Matter of fact, today I had no problem keeping it tight.
Eating like shit the whole weekend and sweating my ass off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason might of effected my training a bit today. Gonna start taking more minerals and keep some Pedialite in the fridge.
Also, need to see a chiropractor and see if if it's something he can fix.
Ahhh hell, I'm just f@#*ed up.
