ME Bench/Shirt Work

Bench

put on single ply METAL Viking Presser
495x1 off 4 board
545x1 off 3 board
585x1 off 2 board, lockout was a bit uneven but got it
585 missed off 1 board, right arm had an inch to go
495x4 off 4 board, holding last rep for about 5 seconds

Tried to do rolling db tri extensions but the first rep I got this nasty sharp pain in my left elbow. Probably bursitis, tendonitis, vaginitis, some kind of 'itis.

Flat Db Presses

FatBar Overhead Tri Ext
3sets of 10

Face Pulls
4sets of 10-12 reps

Tri Ext w/monsta mini and purple bands
3sets of 12

Mini Band Pull Aparts
3sets of 15


I have to say METAL SportsGear never ceases to amaze me. The shirt worked way better than expected. Not to hard to get on, and great support. If you have kept up on my training posts, you know that my bench is and has been in the shitter. I know I'm no where near what some of the great benchers out there are doing but hopefully this will leave me with a little dignity. LOL!
