ME Bench/Shirt Work
I really don't know what the hell I'm doing with this crap...
put shirt on
505x1 off 4 board
565x1 off 3 board, got it to lockout but right arm started to give out
565x1 off 2 board
565x1 off 1 board, right arm gave me problems again
525x1, decided to drop the weight to see if I could get the bar down. I didn't 'gangsta' the shirt up. This just might be my opener at the meet. Sad.
Skull Crushers w/e-z curl bar at slight incline
225x5, had to stop, the whole time doing these I had a sharp pain in the elbow and while lowering the weight I got a prickly sensation at the bottom of the tricep. Need to go to the doc.
