DE Bench

I know, I know... another DE Bench day post.... ewwww so exciting(*sigh*). But considering that I only got two hours sleep, tweaked my shoulder on Monday and my good tricep is giving me shit... today was actually a great day. Weights felt incredibly light and I was pretty damn explosive, if I say so myself(pat on the back).

Here's what I did...

Speed Bench w/mini's

Presses to the Chin w/mini's

One Arm Db Rows
