Goof Day

Not much to do the week before the meet. I just went in and messed around a bit.

Bench
135x3sets of 15

Pushdowns
3sets of 15

Partial Pullups
5sets of 10-15

Hypers
3sets of 12

Straight Leg Situps
3sets of 15

That's it. I'll go to the gym on Wednesday and hit some light upper back stuff and more abs but that's it. Now, I got to down some of my wife's vegetable soup. She packed it full of my two favorite veggies... meat and potatoes! YUM!
