Ive had a hell of a time with my back as of late so i took a little over a week off got some treatment on it and im feeling pretty good

Bench Day

Flat Bench
135-315 x 10 warm up
405 x 5
495 x 5
545 x 5
600 x 2
625 x 1 Probably could have kept going maybe 25-50 lbs more but i stopped there good for this stage of my training cycle no meet till the middle of January no sense Fnn myself up now

Floor Presses/Fat Bar-Close Grips
225 x 10
315 x 10
405 x 10
495 x 5
545 x 3

Tate Presses
225 x 10
315 x 5
405 x 5

Dips with Mini Band
4 x 15

Tri Pushdowns
4 x 15 medium weight

That was plenty Im pretty happy with my raw strength right now im not there yet but im improving steadily

Assistance Day

Ill bench again saturday or sunday Ill tell you something its a little wierd training for a raw meet not handling 8-900 lbs in several months But this is something i need to do before i die 1 raw meet then back to my senses /////late
