DE Bench Day

Not really any speed work. Just tried to take it easy and figure out what I can do until I have the surgery to repair my arm.

315x12, kept getting a stabbing pain in my front delt. Figure it has something to do with the bicep tie in.

tried to do Tate Presses, couldn't get the dumbells up

2sets of 15

3sets of 15 per arm
