What I'm doing with my speed squats... I'm basing my DE work off of an 830 max. I know I'm low balling it but I'm not training for anything at the moment. Gonna have to wait and see what goes on with my bicep repair. Anyway, I'm using 50-60% of this max in a five week wave. I used this before prior to moving to Columbus and had great success with it. I won't be adding bands or chains. I'll save that stuff for ME day stuff(squats, deadlifts and gm's). Just wanted to let you in on what I was doing.
