ME SQ/DL... not really
I'm a bit limited on what I can do so it's going to be leg presses for atleast the next 2 or three weeks. Thank God for my wife who keeps me in check or my dumbass would be trying to go at it heavy right now. Anyway...
30-45's x3, I had to stop at three because I got the nastiest cramp in my calf that's still friggin' sore

One Arm Curls
Standing Leg Curls
3sets of 10 per leg
That was it. Got to the gym a bit late and daycare ended at noon. Better than nothing.
