Chest, Shoulders and Tri's

Again, very limited on what I can do in the gym with these muscle groups. The surgeon said atleast six weeks before I can mess with training tri's and stuff. Well, I can't take it and have to do something... anything.

Seated Db Shoulder Presses

One Arm Tricep Pushdowns w/rope
right arm, sets of 15 x50,60,70,80
left arm, sets of 20 x20,30,40,40

Machine Laterals
3sets of 15

Two Arm Pushdowns
3sets of 20

Shrugs using standing calf machine(can't believe how well these worked)
4sets of 20

Neck Work

Abs
