triceps and shoulders

I really hate going through the motions, that's the way I feel my training has been. Not being able to be explosive and doing all the reps slow, making sure I don't do any damage has been a bit of a drag. The good thing is that I find myself being able to do more and more, which is a sign I'm doing things right.
