I've been hit with a cold that has killed my appetite and my will to live. However, I was able to drag my sorry ass into the gym with the hopes of getting a workout in.
Squats(mid stance, ass to calves, just a belt, no motivation... hell yeah)
505x1(was supposed to be a triple but I blew my shorts out on the first rep. Thank goodness I had my trusty Oakland Raider shorts in my gym bag to quickly change into)
605x1(all I could muster... was that a beer calling my name?)
not much weight x3sets of 10
Seated Leg Curls
3sets of 15(while carrying on a conversation)
Highlight of my workout....
20lbs with my left for sets of 15
55x15 for 3sets with the right
Headed home for the Nyquil.
