I took some time off for new years and such
did speed last sunday basic everyday speed workout not much to tell,did regular assistance work on monday ive been pretty banged up so i definately needed some time to heal,with the meet only a few weeks away im going to take 1 more heavy day on the 13th then back it down till the meet on the 26th Ill give you my wednesday night info

1-9-08 M-E Bench

Bench//In Power Rack

I figured that was good for the day i again was at an alternate location shitty bench no spotter the 625 felt reall good i just didnt want to go any heavier without a lift off//I want to take at least a 650 on sunday and try and figure out an opener ive for the 26th

Hammer Strength Inclines

medium weight 4 x 20

Coach X presses
medium weight x 15 x 3

Machine Preecher Curls
Medium weight x 10 x 3 single arm

Concentration Curls
50's x 10 x 3

Cable pressdowns

4 x 25 medium weight

Ill probably do some assistance work tonight then bench again on sunday
