I'm back posting...

I had to take some time off due to some medical issues and my training took a bit of a backseat. I'll talk more about it in a bit. My bicep is all better. A couple of weeks ago I hit a 505 stiffleg for 5 reps. Nothing great but a had no pain or strain in my bicep which is all good. I'll try and get some photos up soon. I can't promise ya that I'll look as sexy as Chad Aiches though.
