Bench Work 3-10-08

I think im finally on the freekin mend arms are feeling a little better each time i train Im still taking it sort of easy limiting my workouts to 2-3 times a week for probably 1 more week



Flat Bench

2 board work//545 x 5
585 x 5
635 x 5
started to get the familiar tingle in my hands on my last couple of reps so i didnt push it any further


Hammer Strength Decline
2 plates x 15 x 2
4 plates x 15 x 2

Floor presses
315 x 10 x 1
405 x 10 x 1
495 x 10 x 1


Cable Crossovers
medium weight x 15 x 3


That was plenty im gonna do assistance wednesday morning then well go from there as i get healthier ill add stuff each workout ill miss you talk to you lady's again thursday
