Bench Work 4-23-08

Been sick as hell and dealing with a ton of other shit and havent trained for a couple weeks ///All is well now started back up last night

545 x 3 x 1
modified speed work felt pretty good till i got over 500 then pretty shaky but bar still moved i always suck after a break


Floor Press

405 x 10 x 3


Incline Press
405 x 10 x 3
455 x 5 x 2


Cable Crosses
medium weight x 15 x 5



my body weight is down quite a bit from being sick and my entire workout felt heavy and sloppy but i lived thru it will train again sunday
