Still feeling good the break really did me well all the fucked up arm issues i had seem to have gone away my strength level isnt quite there yet but im pain free

Tried the halbert H Rolls

40's x 10 x 1 man these fucking things are brutal


Hammer Strength Millitary presses
medium weight x 10 x 3

JM presses
225 x 10 x 3

Coach X presses
medium weight x 10 x 5

Cable Push Downs
4 x 10 stack

15 minutes cardio rode the freekin bike

Mild ab work machine crunches x 10 x 3 light
