M-E Bench 7-14-08

Just did 3 movements tonight Im on a new board press kick 4 boards this week then ill take one away every week and see how it goes might try and do a raw meet in a month or so

700 x 1 felt real light ill try and put the video on here but im not sure how ill probably fuck it up if i do ill get someone who isnt completely shot to do it tomorow for me its really shitty quality and fucking sideways but i did the lift without a lift-off and on a basic gym bench im not overly hyped about it but it felt reall good to handle some weight i think i could have taken it off 2
