Squats 7/23

Today was a bit disappointing...

Olympic Squats
505x1(knees were bothering me, decided to use knee wraps but not too tight),555x8,575x8,595x4(got loose on 4th rep, lost my balance and had to take a step forward. This didn't help my knee and I decided to call it a day with the squats)
Conventional Deadlifts

Leg Ext.

Leg Curls

Adductor Work
3sets of 15
Abs
