I went in today to hit some heavy triples and seeing how far I could take it. For the past couple of months or so I've been hitting high rep squats, starting out with 20's then 15's, 10's and last week 8's. Last week I didn't feel that I handled the weight as easy as I should have and decided to go heavier this week to try and get used to the weight. As my luck would have it I ended popping something in my groin while in the hole with 505 and when I started to come up out of the hole I felt a pain shoot right up into my nut sack. I took the the weight again thinking maybe it was nothing(yes, I'm a dumbass) and could only go to parallel before I felt the pain. I hope it's nothing so I can get back at it next week.

Olympic Squats
505x3,505x3(only to parallel),225x20x3sets(very narrow stance)
Blue Band Leg Curls
3sets of 15

...called it a day. I'll go back to the gym and hit my adductors, bi's and neck tomorrow.
