Bench Work 7-30-08

My plan was to take some heavy singles and figure out an opener for next weekend some of it came true

Flat Bench
bar/135/225 x 10 warmup
315 x 5
405 x 1
455 x 1
495 x 1 x 2
600 x 1 x 1 ugly as hell
all attemts felt like ass / everything hurt bar/ moved slow and ugly /I think i went heavy to many workouts in a row/ after talking to Paul Childerssssss it was confirmed im a fucking retard/ I have to realize that raw is different and im fucking old as dirt, hell Ive only been back for about 6 weeks I need to relax a little.
100lb jumps raw are way too fucking much

well enough pissin and moaning My strength is pretty good and I am confident that ill be ok next weekend. Talk to you all sunday
