Didnt do a whole lot today, My last couple workouts have been fucked up missing weights and things just out of the ordinary happening. My only salvation is that I usually suck something awefull just before a meet this being no exception so I should be fine. Im simply going to rest and eat like a motherfucker this week the rest should take care of it self Later
