yesterday and today
shoulders and tri's 8/15
Hammer Strength Behind the Neck Press
30'x15,40's x10,50's x12,55's x12,60's x12
Kickbacks(doc told me I should do these)
15x15x3sets w/three different hand positions
40x15x3sets good arm
Light Band Ext
shitload of sets and a bazillion reps
I have come to the conclusion that my tricep is going to take a long time to heal up. It's frustrating as hell because I'm so limited on what I can do.
back work 8/16
Rack Pulls w/trap bar just below knee
675x1,765x1,875x1(felt pretty good)
3sets of 10
One Arm Cable Rows
2sets of 15
There was a comment on Tommy Fannon's board about some of us bullshitting about our training logs. I have no reason to make up shit or exaggerate what I do in my training. Hell, if I was going to bullshit about anything it would be my bench press. It's f'n pathetic. Besides, too many people that I know at the gym read these training logs and would rat me out. It's good to be honest.
Now my 'olympic' squats... I don't squat with the bar high but it is higher than when I was box squatting. My squat is straight down and up compared to my box squat form where I sat back and lead with my ass. Knee's are forward and I squat with a heal, that's why my knees ache so much lately. So, my squat may not be resemble exactly what an olympic squat is but it's close. Maybe I'll just call them 'squats'.
Here's a pic from about 12 years ago of me doing 'squats'.
