Bench Work 8-17-08

I havent done a whole lot since last week did a fairly quick work out today starting a new training cycle


Flat Bench////135 x 10 175 x 10 225 x 10 315 x 5 405 x 5 warm up
455 x 3
added 2-board half board half foam
495 x 3
545 x 3
585 x 3

Fat Bar Inclines//Childress Press//same half board half foam with chains//Close grip
135 + 2 sets chains x 10
225 + 3 sets chains x 10
315 + 4 sets chains x 5
315 + 5 sets cains x 3
Im calling this the Childress press because it was Pauly's idea. I really liked the incline with the board it was my first time doing them and Mr. Childress took his time and was gentle with the deflowering process!!!!!!!!!
