Reps suck... but, I really have no choice. The tricep is doing better. All the bruising has just about gone away. I just have what looks like a pocket of fluid just above the elbow. Makes me wonder if I didn't do something to the bursar sack. My extension is good, it just gets hampered towards the end of a set where I'm doing a shitload of reps.
