shoulder and tri's

tricep is getting better and better...

Swiss Bar Presses(started out with closest grip)
95x10,135x10,155x10,175x10,195x10
went to mid grip
215x10,235x10
Db Shoulder Presses
45's x10,65's x10,80's x10,85's x10
Pushdowns
4sets of 25, reversed grip 2sets of 15
Ext. using Hammer Strength Pulldown
4sets of 10
Leg Raises
3sets of 15-20

Tricep is still giving me problems but I'm a lot farther than where I thought I would be. It just gets fatigued very easily and when that happens it just doesn't want to lockout or extend all the way.
